In this double bass drum lesson, I’m telling my own exercises to strenghten the feet. You may also do these exercises without drums, with practise pad and a twin pedal or even on a rigid floor.
Using weights is a very imporant key for strenghten the shin muscles. And it’s not so important what you are playing upperside with drumsticks, play anything you like. Mainly consantrate to your feet. Any do not try to play with fast metronome. If the even slowest metronomes are fast for you which I gave, just lower the tempo.

Bu davul dersimde ayağı güçlendirmek için kullandığım kendi egzersizlerimi anlatıyorum. Bu egzersizleri davul olmadan, pad ile hatta pad ve pedal da olmadan sert bir zeminde de yapabilirsiniz.
Ağırlık kullanmak kavaklemiği kaslarını güçlendirmek için çok önemli bir noktadır. Ve bu egzersizde ellerinizle çaldığınız şeyin pek bir önemi yok, canınız ne isterse çalabilirsiniz. Öncelikli olarak ayaklara konsantre olmalısınız. Ve hızlı metronomlar ile çalmaya çalışmayın. Hatta bu videoda verdiğim metronomların en yavaşı da size hızlı geliyorsa bu metronomun da daha yavaşı ile çalışmalısınız.

En esta lección de bombo doble, os diré mis propios ejercicios para fortalecer los pies. También pudieseis hacerlos sin batería, con un pad de práctica y un pedal gemelo o incluso en un suelo rígido. Usar pesos es crucial para fortalecer los músculos de las pantorrillas.
Además de que no sólo es importante de que lo estés tocando desde arriba con baquetas, podeis tocar cualquier cosa. Concentraos en vuestros pies. Por más que quieran, no intentéis tocar con el metrónomo a gran velocidad. Incluso si las velocidades que os he dado os parecen rápidas, sólo reducid el tempo.
