SSBC MODS: Marumaro (Blue Dragon) Release

Yet another Crusade mod to be finished and released! This time it's Marumaro from Blue Dragon alongside his Shadow, Saber Tiger. It's a very outlandish choice, but I wanted to make him due to me finding the series very fun and underrated. The sprites for him are all custom made by me so it took a while to actually finish him, however it was worth it.
