SSBC MODS: ShadowSeraphimon Release

Another Crusade character since thankfully these can be done much faster than SSF2 stuff. But no worries those are still in the making as well and there is a specific reason why I didn't release any for a while now. This time it's a character I already made for MUGEN once, ShadowSeraphimon from Digimon. With some refinements in almost everything his MUGEN assets made this project move along very quickly so here he is again. Just like with the MUGEN one he is mainly based off of Frontier with a few nods to Digimon Masters Online as well some made up moves based on artworks and what his existing moves revolve around.
