Learn how to quickly and easily convert Celsius to Fahrenheit with this formula for the NCLEX exam. The NCLEX exam or nursing lecture exams may ask you to assess a patient's health status and give you a patient's temperature in degrees Celsius. A good way to remember this is the difference in temperatures from the different sites fortemperatures are usually 0. 5c (0. 9f) in difference from oral and tympanic temperatures so just remember the difference in temperatures and add 32.
