Learn how to quickly and easily convert Celsius to Fahrenheit with this formula for the NCLEX exam. The NCLEX exam or nursing lecture exams may ask you to assess a patient's health status and give you a patient's temperature in degrees Celsius. However, most students who take the NCLEX exam are mostly familiar with temperatures in Fahrenheit (for this in the scale used in the U.S.) but this simple formula will help you learn how to quickly convert the degrees Celsius to degrees Fahrenheit so you can assess if your patient is hyper or hypothermic.
