Spaghetti alla puttanesca is an Italian pasta dish invented in Naples in the mid-20th century and made typically with tomatoes, olive oil, olives, capers, and garlic —spaghetti or penne, bucatini, linguine, and vermicelli pasta. There is no recipe with the name puttanesca, but two recipes that are similar: The Neapolitan spaghetti alla partenopea, is made with anchovies and generous quantities of oregano; Spaghetti alla siciliana is distinguished by the addition of green peppers. Sicilian style popular around Palermo that includes olives, anchovies and raisins Because "puttana" means roughly "whore" or "prostitute" and puttanesca is an adjective derived from that. INGREDIENTS for 2 adult 200g dried spaghetti 2 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 60g anchovy fillets in oil, drained and roughly chopped 2 Tbsp capers, rinsed and drained 80g Kalamata Olives, pitted 80g black olives, pitted half tsp Black pepper 1 tsp dried Oregano 500g Cherry tomatoes, halved 1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Cook pasta per packet directions, minus 1 minute. Drain, rinse under tap water to stop it sticking together, set aside. Step 2 In a large pan over medium heat, heat extra virgin olive oil. Add garlic with chopped anchovies and fry until until garlic is lightly golden, 1 minute. Step 3 Add Capers, Kalamata Olives, black olives, Black pepper, Oregano, Parsley and Cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 mins Step 4 Add the pasta and stir well, cook for five minutes more or until the pasta is done, Check the seasoning Divide between bowls and top with the parsley. And enjoy! Tip and Tricks: Mashing the anchovies into a paste using a wooden spoon Use tuna or chicken instead of anchovy Use penne, bucatini, linguine, and vermicelli pasta instead of spaghetti To make this vegetarian, omit the anchovies and add more capers and olives. There is no need to add parmesan, Tomato purée, lemon, basil, onion or ... if you do that its not puttanesca any more. In original recipe I should use crushed red pepper flakes, instead of Black pepper which i didn't 😁 While the sauce is cooking, cook your pasta and add the spaghetti as soon as it is ready, its make more delicious 😍 Use Kalamata olives (do not use those black canned olives- California style), they have a completely different flavour and are not processed naturally. ©Amir Sarikar. To reference this recipe, please link directly to this post. اسپاگتی پوتانسکا ،غذایی بر پایه پاستا و معمولا از گوجه فرنگی، روغن و خود زیتون، کیپر ، سیر و اسپاگتی یا پنه یا ورمیشل تهيه میشه کمی بعد از سال هزار نهصد در شهر ناپل که جزئی از ایتالیاست ابداع شد، هیچ رسپی خاصی با این نام برای این غذا وجود نداره ولیییییی دو تا دستور هست، با نام های متفاوت که از این قراره: یکی برای ناپل که شامل اوریگانو و آنچووی است یکی دیگه برای سیسیل است که از فلفل سبز استفاده میکنند ولی در مرکز سیسل یعنی شهر پالرمو از زیتون و آنچووی و کشمش هم استفاده میکنند 😊 پوتانا در ایتالیایی به بانوانی که خیلی دوست اجتماعی و فیزیکی دارند و بسیار صمیمی هستند نصبت داده میشه😁 و یک داستان هست که میگه این بانوان در محله ای به اسم اسپانیایی ها ، واقع در ناپل در فصل گوجه فرنگی این غذا رو خیلی سریع درست میکردند که هم خود را سیر کنند هم بعضی از دوستان اجتماعی را😁 #پوتانسکا طبق قانون کپی رایت شما حق استفاده از تصاویر . عکسها و متن را بدون اجازه ندارید برای منبع قرار دادن این رسپی مستقیما به این پست لینک کنید 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻ادامه در کامنت اول 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
