Pudina Chai | Mint Tea
Ingredients
Water - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup or as required
Mint leaves - few
Chai Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Black Tea leaves - 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar - 1 Teaspoon or as per taste
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece grated
Instructions
1.Heat water in a pan.
2.Add sugar, grated ginger, mint leaves, chai masala, tea leaves. Let it boil.
3.Once boiled, add milk and let it boil again on a low flame. Then strain it using a tea strainer.
4.Pudina Chai | Mint Tea is ready to be served.

As the name suggests Pudina Chai | Mint Tea made with mint leaves. This is so refreshing and tasty tea you can have for your tea time. This has cardamom, ginger along with mint leaves which makes it very healthy. This is very good for sore throat. cold and cough. This aromatic and tasty tea is perfect to start the day with. Make this tea using Homemade Chai Masala
If you do not have chai masala then you can add little cinnamon powder or black pepper or even lemongrass to it.
Add milk and sugar according to your taste.
