Chicken Ghee Roast is a popular chicken recipe which has it's origin in Mangalore, Southern part of India. It's known for it's firey red color, tangy and spicy flavours with of course, the flavour of Ghee. It's very spicy, so if your spice tolerance is low, add chillies accordingly. The tanginess comes from the tamarind and sweetness from the jaggery. This is quick to make and taste incredibly good.
