A recipe on how to make Yummy Kadumanga Achar, also known as Raw Mango Pickle or Manga Achar, a traditional Sadhya Recipe. This is a great recipe for sadya and also an easy recipe. Sadya Kadumanga Achar watch herte : /watch/4AhpcFKFt0JFp Ingredients: •Mango - 1 medium size •Green chili - 2-3 •Curry leaf - 2 sprigs •Kashmiri chili powder - 2 tbsp •Turmeric powder - 1 tsp •Fenugreek powder - 1 and 1/4 tsp •Kayam (Hing) - 1 and 1/2 tsp •Sesame oil - 4-5 tbsp •Salt to taste. Directions: 1. Clean and wipe mango, green chili, and curry leaf. Keep it aside. 2. Then chop mango into small pieces. 3. Chop green chili and curry leaf also. 4. Heat a frying pan and add sesame seed oil to it. 5. Once oil is hot, add mustard seeds and red chili. Fry them well, lower the flame and add green chili and curry leaf to it. 6. Once they are all fried well, add fenugreek powder and kayam (hing) to it. Fry for 1-2 mins in low flame. 7. Switch off the flame and add Kashmiri chili powder and turmeric powder to it. Mix it for 2-3 mins. 8. Add chopped mango and mix it with enough salt. 9. Let it cool for some time. Once is done, store in a glass bottle. Make this recipe 3 days before sadya.
