How We Relocated our Bees (San Diego)

In a break from quilting...on May 3th, we had a huge number of bees make a home in our compost bin here in San Diego. Not a swarm, which migrate, but those looking to build a new home. We called an excellent bee relocation service and had them rehomed with a local bee keeper. I filmed some video, and my son made this video to share with his class.
