Besanladoo with nuts and dryfruits is good for healthy,especially for children. Very tasty and easy to make ladoo can store for months.Dry fruits ladoo are traidionally known to be a powerhouse of nutrient. eating almond and walnut daily boost brain health.
Ingredients-
Besan/chicpeas powder- 200 gms
Semolina-50 gms
Cahewnuts-1 tbsp
Kismiss/raisins- 1tbsp
Almond- 50 gms
Walnuts-50 gms
Dry dates 50 gms
Cardamon/nutmeg powder- 2tsp
Ghee-150 gms or 8 tbsp
Powder sugar-8 tbsp
Method-
Roast besan and semolina by adding 6 tbsp ghee,till it becomes light brown in colour.
Once done keep aside, in same pan heat 1 sp ghee and roast cashew and kismis till for a min.keep aside . heat ghee and roast almond,walnut and dry dates for 2 mins. once done keep aside .once cool grind into fine powder.mix all together. Let it cool completely. Once cool add cardamon powder and powder sugar. Mix well and make desire size ladoos.
Keep in air tight jar and have one daily for sharp healthy brain.
