5 World Trade Center to become mixed-income housing site

A new housing project at 5 World Trade Center will have 1200 housing units and officials pledge that a third of those units will be affordable. On top of that, 20 percent of the affordable housing units will be set aside for people who were living and working in Lower Manhattan on 9/11.
