Ingredients & Method:
Paneer schezwan hakka noodle
Pour 2 tsp refined oil in the pan, after heating the oil, add paneer pieces, fry slightly (do not over fry), keep aside, now add little more oil, add chopped garlic and onion fry it in low medium flame, now add one by one chopped carrot, chopped green bell pepper, chopped cabbage, sweet corn (optional)and chopped green onion (hara pyaz), mix all and fry well, in between add salt to taste, 1 to 2 tsp vinegar, 1 to 2 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp red chili sauce and 2 to 3 tsp schezwan sauce and mix well, add boiled noodles into it and mix with all the ingredients very well, after that add fried paneer pieces into it. Last, add crushed black pepper, some oregano and chiliflakes (optional) and spread green onion on the top, paneer schezwan hakka noodle is ready to serve
