⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 雞蛋粉絲煲 材料: 雞蛋4隻 綠豆粉絲80克 處理/程序: 1. 粉絲,清水浸3分鐘。 2. 在煲仔內,大火煲滾清水200毫升,加入: a. 生抽1湯匙 b. 糖1湯匙 3. 水滾,加入粉絲,冚蓋,熄火焗。 4. 另一邊,大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。 5. 雞蛋,打勻,倒入鑊內。 6. 另一邊,粉絲已焗至軟身,開大火煲滾。 7. 雞蛋,四面推向鑊中心至凝固,熄火。 8. 加入鎮江醋2湯匙在粉絲內,攪勻。 9. 滑蛋,倒入煲仔內,冚蓋焗2分鐘。 10. 加入少許麻油。 11. 加上蔥粒、芫荽或辣椒粒。 12. 完成,可享用。 Eggs claypot with mung bean vermicelli Ingredients: Eggs 4 Nos. Mung bean vermicelli 80g Preparation/Steps: 1. The vermicelli, soak in tap water for 3 minutes. 2. Heat up 200ml of water at high flame in a pot. Add in : a. Soya sauce 1 tbsp b. Sugar 1 tbsp 3. Water boils up, add in the vermicelli. Cover up the pot. Turn off fire. 4. On the other side, heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame. 5. Eggs, beat well. Pour into wok. 6. On the other side, the vermicelli has turned soft. Heat up at high flame. 7. Eggs, push to the centre of wok until it turns condensed. Turn off fire. 8. Add in Zhenjiang vinegar 2 tbsp in the vermicelli. Mix well. 9. Eggs, pour into the pot. Cover it up and leave it for 2 minutes. 10. Add in little sesame oil. 11. Add in green onion, coriander or chili cubes on top. 12. Complete.
