Kebab with Cherry sauce Ingredients ½ kilo Minced beef, ½ kilo cherry (no seeds), 1ts cumin, 1ts curry, 1ts salt, 1ts paprika, ½ ts ginger, ½ black pepper, chopped onion, 2tbs starch, black pepper and salt. Method In a small tray, add the spices and the onion to the minced meat and mix well. Shape the kebab like fingers. Put ¾ of the cherry into the blender with ½ glass water and mix. In a pan, add oil and start frying the kabab. Remove the kabab in a plate. Use the same pan, add the cherry juice let it boil a little. Dissolve the starch in a glass of water then pour it into the pan and mix well. Add little salt and black pepper and mix. Let it cook for 4 minutes then add the kabab to the pan, let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add the rest of the cherry pieces and it ready to be served.
