    @dreameryoung383 months ago So glad i saw your video, i don' t no what beef tallow is but i buttered my pan and put my burger in the pan for 3 minutes but i put a lid on it. I would flip it about 3 times and it came out good. 1

    @howtomoderate8 months ago Get a cast iron burger press. 90 seconds on each side with high heat. Smash the burger down and stack them when finished. It' s a more even cook and it tastes way better.

    @DunkYTP8 months ago Flip them away from you, use oil at the start, not butter (tiny bit of oil, burgers cook in their own juices) and don' t squish them, they' ll lose their juices.
