Yong Tau Foo is a Hakka chinese cuisine consisting primarily of tofu cubes stuffed and heaped with ground meat mixture or fish or prawn paste. Variations of this food include vegetables such as bitter melon, egg plants, ladies finger and mushrooms stuffed with the same meat paste. Yong Tau Foo is eaten in numerous ways, either dry or with a sauce or served as a soup dish. So yummy and scrumptious.
