INGREDIENTS
Quantity for a 20 X 20 pan
225 g of dark chocolate
225 g of butter
135 g of '00 flour
15 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
225 g of granulated sugar
4 large eggs (or 4 eggs + half the beaten medium size eggs)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Notes: if you want to add dried fruit or pieces, drops or flakes of chocolate of the flavor you prefer to the dough and surface, add 150 gr.
