Lemon – Ginger Pickle Ingredients:
• Ginger: 200 gms
• Lemon: 5 pieces
• Salt: 2 tablespoon
• Green Chilli: 3-4 pieces
Recipe:
• Peel ginger skin, wash thoroughly and then dry with cloth
• Cut Ginger into long and thin pieces
• Add green chilli
• Add salt
• Add lemon juice and mix properly
• Cover jar and keep for 1-2 days in refrigerator
• Pickle will develop a nice pink colour and is ready to eat
Vinegar – Ginger Pickle
Ingredients:
• Ginger: 200 gms
• White Vinegar: 100 ml
• Salt: 2 tablespoon
• Green Chilli: 3-4 pieces
Recipe:
• Peel ginger skin, wash thoroughly and then dry with cloth
• Cut Ginger into long and thin pieces
• Add green chilli
• Add salt
• Add white vinegar and mix properly
• Cover jar and keep for 1-2 days in refrigerator
• Pickle will develop a nice pink colour and is ready to eat
