We need : 1 kilo courgette , 1/4 of a cup green of each ( parsley+coriander +mint ) , 1/2 of an onion , 1 garlic , 2 tablespoon psyllium husk , 6 tablespoon shredded coconut , 4 tablespoon almond flour .
For the spices we need : 1 tablespoon (coriander , cumin , seven spices ) , 1/2 tablespoon of salt , hot spices as desired.
For the bread we need : 6 tablespoon coconut flour , 2 tablespoon psyllium husk , 1 egg , 1 cup hot water , pinch of salt.
For the sauce we need : 2 tablespoon Tahini , 1 lemon juice , 1 garlic , pinch of salt .
