BAGNET BAGOONG - Sautéed Bagoong (fermented shrimp/krill paste) mixed with Bagnet (Ilocano style of deep fried cripy Pork Belly similar to Chicharon or Lechon Kawali).
It can be consumed with rice, and its the best pair for kare-kare and green mangoes.

1 onion (sliced)
1 tbsp. Peppercorn
2 pcs. Bay Leaves
1/8 cup Salt
SAUTÉED BAGOONG
1 kg. Fresh Alamang (shrimp paste)
3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 cups Brown Sugar
