So, We prepared this Black chana chaat recipie for you to enjoy in this lockdown. Also adding a twist is our own Alligation Vlogs special. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
1. Dried Chickpeas (Chola/ Chana) 200gms
2. Turmeric 1 tablespoon
3. Mustard Oil 3 tablespoon
4. Cumin-Coriander Powder 1.5 tablespoon.
5. Salt to taste.
6. Dried Chillies 3 pieces.
7. Chaat Masala to taate.
Extras
1. Onion 1 medium chopped
2. Tomato Sauce to taste.
3. Rock Salt to taste.
4. Curry leaves for Garnishing.

provides some vitamin C, which helps the body absorb iron.
