In a bowl, put flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk lightly. 2. Add eggs and mix until well combined. And add milk, 2/3cup at a time. Pour melted unsalted butter and mix. Keep it in a fridge at least 30 min. 3. In medium-low heat, drizzle some cooking oil and coat with a kitchen towel. Pour the batter into a pan, very thinly. When the surface is dry, flip the crepe. And cook about another 1~1min 30sec. 4. Put heavy cream, sugar, and cream cheese into a bowl or container. Whip until stiff peak. 5.
