Puff Pastry Wrapped Brie Cheese

This puff pastry wrapped brie is my new favorite party appetizer! Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry dough (thawed) 8 oz wheel of brie 1/4 cup chopped walnuts honey pinch of thyme 1 egg Directions: 1. Place thawed puff pastry in a small skillet 2. cut the top of brie wheel, then add wheel to center of puff pastry dough 3. add chopped walnuts, drizzle with honey, and thyme 4. fold corners of puff pastry on top of each other 5. in small bowl, lightly whisk egg 6. brush egg mixture onto puff pastry 7. bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
