Here's a quick harp cover of the main theme of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, "Where We Used to Be." (It's sometimes mislabeled as "Elysium in the Blue Sky," which is also a great track! Really, this whole soundtrack is amazing, go listen.)
I originally learned this on piano, but I thought it would translate well to harp with minor changes, so I decided to give it a go. Because the piece has a dynamic, flowing feel to it, I choose not to use a click track like I normally do, which can sometimes bring challenges, haha. My husband filmed and edited the video! It was a rainy day, so while we had a good window between storms to shoot, you might notice a few stray rain drops. I thought it was kind of magical, myself. :)
I enjoyed this game - I'll admit my favorite is still the first Xenoblade Chronicles, but in the end I warmed up to this one. I'm also looking forward to the Torna DLC!
