Corned beef is quite popular in the philippnes as ulam (viand). It's easy to make simple recipes from it and most of all it's affordable especially when your a busy person and don't have much time to cook.

Ginisang Corned Beef at Patatas Recipe ( Sauteed Corned Beef and Potatoes)
Ingredients:
175g can of corned beef
2 small onions, dice
1 medium size potato, cut ino cubes
1 cup water
pepper
salt
cooking oil
Maggi magic sarap all-in-one seasoning granules (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute onion until it's translucent.
3. Put in corned beef and stir.
4. Add in potatoes and mix.
5. Pour water. Season with salt, pepper and seasong.
6. Cook until potatoes are done.
7. Serve with rice. Happy Eating!
