This is my ensaymada recipe Muhlach Megamelt style.
Recipe:
4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 egg yolks
400 mL milk
3 tsp yeast (+ 4 tsp sugar)
3 tsp salt (I am using Himalayan salt, which is less saltier than iodized salt. If you are using iodized salt, please add 1 or 1/2 tsp only.)
For the frosting:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
*optional*
grated Eden cheese
