Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups (350g) - Hulled Sesame Seeds
2 1/2 Tbsp (50ml) - Olive Oil (See Notes)
1/2 tsp (2.5g) - Sea Salt Flakes
Recipe Notes -
This recipe creates a rustic and slightly crunchy tahini. To make it completely smooth, add in an extra 1/2 Tbsp (10ml) of Olive Oil and process it for a minute longer than what i have shown.
