The whole banana, the pulp and the peel, is a boon for the plants. It is used to increase the fruiting process of plants as well as to increase yield of the leafy vegetables. I have shown how to make two types of liquids, one using the pulp and the other using peel. The fermented juice can be made even with other sweet fruits like mango, melon and apple etc. but Banana is available through out the year and economical compared to other fruits. This fermented juice should be used at the onset of flowering up to fruit setting. These ripe fruits contain phosphorous and potassium which are necessary during the flowering and fruit setting stage.
