Carrot Poori is just a variation from regular Pooris. Adding carrot to the poori makes it whole some and healthy. The orange color is so attractive and the taste is also good. Using the same method, you can make chapatis with various veggies. I used carrot puree in this recipe. Instead of puree, you can also grate the carrots and then add to the wheat flour. With the pureeing method, the pooris color will be more intense and attractive.
