And the happy part is it is tasty too:-) Red Aval/Poha /Flattened rice is a good source of healthy carbohydrates and iron. It contains high level of fiber and essential vitamins. Apple contains high amount of Dietary fiber, potassium and Vitamin A. Please note that the apple should be steamed only as it retains all the nutrients. Ingredients: 1)One tablespoon of Red aval/poha 2) Half Apple 3)Drinking water for boiling and steaming 4)Blend the aval and apple using the water which you used for steaming.
