Adobong Sitaw na May Tuna
This video will show you how to cook string beans or sitaw using the Filipino adobo style. Adobong Sitaw is a string beans vegetable Pinoy dish, a simple recipe that is very easy to prepare, it is stewed in vinegar, soy sauce, ground pepper, garlic and onion.
Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. You don't need to be a Pro to eat good food, or eat food that you like or crave for. You just have to explore in the kitchen! My cooking/baking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Ingredients:
2 cups string beans (sitaw), cut into 2-inch lengths
1 can Tuna
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
Cooking Procedure:
*Heat the oil over medium heat.
*Sauté garlic and onion until it becomes soft.
*Add Tuna, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
*Add vinegar and soy sauce, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
*Add the string beans, stirring occasionally, for about 3 more minutes or until cooked.
*Serve with steamed rice.
