    day 1: sort of sore, but i can push through it :)
    end of week 1: I started doing this workout with a few others and see a total change as of right now.
    end of week 2: so week 2 it started to kick in (it was hurting a little lol , but i seen it defining if that makes sense)
    end of week 3: i started seeing deeper lines showing my abs
    end of week 4: I HAVE ABS THIS WAS A SUCESSS FOR ME 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

If you guys follow her workout programme which is 4-5 videos everyday then you guys will definitely see results. But in the end everyone has different and beautiful bodies result can be different!! ... 142

    Finally ) Emi Wong - (managed 2 videos a day by adding Chloe or Lilly - 6xweek but didn’t say for how long )
    Also:
    Healthy Full Diet / Counting Calories / Consistency even if you take a few days off

I got my 1st job working at Home Depot overnights & it’s a physical job ( lifting , walking , bending , & walking up & down ladders ) I lost a lot of weight (150) awhile after got into a 3yr relationship I gained some weight (180) during the 1st year around the 2nd year I got pregnant & had my baby now I’m currently at (239) I have never been this big before & have been struggling to really get in gear & lose the weight but watching your progress has given me a big push to get some results before mine & my daughters 2nd bday in Oct ... 9
