Why you should not focus on Burning Calories

Instead of putting your body into a calorie deficit after the holidays - by doing tons of cardio or by going on a diet - how about a more long-term strategy that will:  ✔️ Get you toned ✔️ Make you stronger ✔️ Improve your body composition ✔️ Help counteract the changes to your body that come with age How? By spending the rest of the winter lifting weights and building muscle.  The 'recepie' for looking 'toned' and fit = more muscle + less body fat.  My 2-phase strategy is how I went from lumpy and undefined to looking athletic again.
