Hello PMV (Flipaclip)

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY BROSEPH! His b day was yesterday but I couldn't finish this in time ToT. I guess this is a filler or something (plus theres not really any animation in here hahah) but DonT woRry i'M woRkinG oN soMeThinG bIgGer! this is also kind of a giant step out of my comfort zone cause I'm not accustomed to neon colors and I probably wouldn't have drawn the neon part if mY bRothEr diDn't changE hiS mInecraft usEr to "neonflurry!" Ive been wheezing at that name for so long good lord help me.
