Tinolang Isda at the garden - combining panlasang Bisaya at Ilocano kaya Panlasang Pinoy!
We are cooking at the garden so we enjoy garden fresh ingredients.
I am cooking salmon but other fish like tuna can also be prepared this way.
For this dampa version, I used:
Adjustes according to a regular quantity:
1 litre water
1 thumb size ginger
2 tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 kilo fish on the bone
Malungay/kalamungay/moringa leaves
green mango or rhubarb ( my option)
salt
fish sauce
