Copying more reverbs onto Digit.

This is using the 1.x firmware but is similar for 2.x Here's how to load additional IRs, both cabs or reverbs on the Digit pedal. You insert a USB flash drive with the IRs in a folder called reverbs and a folder called cabs and follow the prompts. There isn't any UI feedback at the moment about it copying though!
