The Paddington top is a FREE PATTERN from Peppermint Magazine and I’ve made two. The raglan sleeves are super easy to sew and with simple changes to the original pattern, the sleeves can be super flowy and dramatic, the button band on the back is easy to sew. This is a great top to make if you are newer to sewing.
