We love South Asian cuisine and love papad, one of the most famous south Asian / Indian food in the world . But making it at home always seem difficult. Most of the papad recipes out there are complex and ingredients are rather hard to find. But luckily, I have finally come up with the easiest recipe for papadom. I am v satisfied with the recipe as I managed to get taste and texture I wanted. I only used easy to find ingredients. (My recipe using rice flour, chickpea powder and cumin seeds.) The process is quite simple. So I hope all of you will try to make it at home. It’s so delicious.
