Let’s talk sitting back pain ⤵️ 👉Experiencing sitting back pain and stiffness? Think you’ve tried everything but nothing is working? Here is our advice… ☝️First… try switching to a CoreChair. A revolutionary active sitting ergonomic office chair designed specifically to relieve back pain and poor posture. Unlike other office chairs, the CoreChair addresses back pain from the root cause– the pelvis. We’ve removed the tall backrest and replaced it with an innovative pelvic support cushion that works to hug the top of the pelvis to automatically sit you an upright posture. ✌️Secondly… try out this simple, yet amazing stretch routine to target those back muscles to help you feel better and less stiff during the workday. ‎1️⃣Rhomboid and Upward Salute Stretch Stretch your arms out in front of your body. Clasp one hand on top of your other hand. Gently reach out so that you feel your shoulder blades stretching away from each other. Gently bend your head forward. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. 2️⃣Seated Child’s Pose Move your chair out from underneath your desk. Place hands on the edge of desk and scoot back to lengthen your spine up through the crown of your head. Keep your arms long and extended, and drop your head between your arms. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. 3️⃣Seated Threaded Needle Place one hand on your desk. Twist to place the opposite hand on the opposite leg and look to the side. Hold for 10-15 seconds then switch to the other side. Repeat 2-3 times. 💬Questions? Comments? Send us a message or leave a comment below! Interested in trying out a CoreChair?
