For the Prompt Contest Round 1 Prompt: “There was a time before all of this.” Story: Separated by war, both Luna and Noctis lost contact for many years following the great divide between the kingdom of Lucis and Niflheim, leading Noctis to think that she was killed by enemy troop during the invasion. However, Luna survived and was trained, brainwashed and ultimately manipulated into hating Lucis, its king and prince, making killing Noctis her ultimate goal. The prince, tormented by his memories and guilt, hears about the reappearance of a young princess from Niflheim and, willing to consider negotiating peace treaties one last time, agrees to meet with her. Luna then reveals her true motives, which causes them both to get tangled up in a series of battles and fights, both being supported by their kingdom’s armies on either side. Unable to break free of their current ideals and obligations to their people, they fight ruthlessly despite their shared past and sever the ties that had bound them for so long. After all, there was a time before all of this. ________________________________________________________ Alrighty guys, this certainly was a challenge and I started what feels like 100 projects for this, but FINALLY I manged to finish something! Especially because of the upcoming FF Hype and my love for Luna(Stella)/Noctis I’m really glad that I managed to finish this c: I really hope you’ll enjoy this! Also, the flashbacks of Sora/Kairi, in this case young Noctis/Luna, are not meant to be necessarily realistic, as in they really experienced it, it’s more of a jumble of dreams/hopes/what-if scenarios that I thought go along well with the other footage and song ! Speaking if which, THE SONG is just sooo amazing and has been stuck in my head for MONTHS, in fact his new album in general is just amazing make sure to check it out !! I also tried my best at some new effects/colourings so there you go REVEL IN MY FORCED CHANGES IN EDITING! There are still some minor mistakes but uni is eating up all my free time so I just gotta suffer through them ;O; Any criticism is welcome! Make sure to let me know what you guys think ! Oh and sorry for the block in germany :/ it's so hard to get songs passed that one!!
