After Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) began preaching the message of Islam, members of the other Qurayshite clans increasingly came to feel threatened by Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In attempts to quiet him, they pressured Abū Ṭālib (PBUH) to silence his nephew or control Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).Despite increasing pressure on him (AS) , he (AS) continued to support Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
