Chicken Jhalfrezi recipe is very popular in any state of Asia. It’s so delicious with gravy. You can enjoy this with any kind of roti, porota or any rice. Today I made this hotel or restaurant style. You may enjoy this in hotel with high rate, but believe me this will be so yummy if you follow my video and cook step by step. Also this will be so cheap rather than in restaurant. Chicken jalfrezi recipe, restaurant style chicken jhalfrezi curry #INGREDIENTS: ½ kg chicken with bone 2 chopped onions 2 tbsp onion paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 5-6 piece green chili 2 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsb poppy seeds paste 2 tsp almond nuts paste 2 bay leaves 3 cinnamon, 3 cardamom, 3 cloves 4-5 piece black pepper ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp raisins paste 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1/4th tsp Nutmeg & mace powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar ½ cup water ½ cup oil Chicken jalfrezi recipe, restaurant style chicken jhalfrezi curry #PROCEDURE: In a pan heat oil. Add washed chicken. Fry chicken in high flame for 3-4 minute. Then drain oil with a sieve and transfer chicken in a bowl. In same oil add bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. Fry all. Now add chopped onion. Stir and fry onion until light golden colour. Then add onion paste, ginger paste and garlic paste. Stir and sauté these in mediums flame for 2 minutes. Before adding dry spices, add 2-3 tbsp water. For this, there will not any chance to burn. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and roasted cumin powder. Stir in low-medium flame. Saute this just 1 minute. Now add poppy seeds paste, nuts paste, raisins paste and nutmeg mace powder. Stir and mix all in low-medium flame. Saute for 3-4 minute to separate oil from spices. Then add fried chicken, yogurt, salt and kashmiri red chili powder. Stir and mix all properly. Saute chicken with spices for 2 minutes. 2 minutes later, cover pan for 5-7 minute in low flame. Open the lid. Stir all. Add water and mix with chicken. Again cover pan for 5 minutes in medium flame. 5 minutes later, open the lid. Stir and mix all. Then add sugar and green chili. Mix all. Again cover pan for just 2 minute. 2 minute later, open lid enjoy nice flavor. Chicken jalfrezi already done, gravy is perfect, so put off the flame. Serve and enjoy this yummy and delicious chicken jhalfrezi with you beloved family.
