    @tokkielegrange35333 years ago I also put, mushrooms, bacon, green pepper, and cream in with feta cheese and put in a silicon muffin pan for 3 minutes on high in the microvawe oven. Very good. 1

    @cherriberri71614 years ago I add a bit of red pepper flakes, nutmeg & worcestershire sauce also this makes a very thin quiche i add 10 eggs & cream for a nice thick quiche.

    @nancy29494 years ago This is a nice frittata recipe. But this is not quiche. There is no cream in this recipe, therefore not quiche. But it will make a great frittata or id="hidden15"even bake it in muffin cups for on the go breakfast!

I' d try to make this in a muffin id="hidden17" pan with paper cups. As much as traditional crusts taste great they add a lot of fat and carbs to an already rich savory pie. ...Expand
