My creation of a pasta salad, a favorite at home. The sweetness of the dried pineapple will be perfect to taste better, or you can use fresh or canned pineapple. You can have it as a refreshing snack or a meal by itself. Ingredients: 500 g farfalle rigate pasta (or any of your choice) 2 liters of water 1 apple (red or green) 150 g cheese (I used Emmental cheese) 1 small white onion (or red onion) 1 small carrot 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken breast 1 cup kernel corn 1 1/2 cup dried sweetened pineapple (or fresh one) 1/2  cup raisins 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise salt and pepper  Boil 2 liters of water in a pot. When water is boiling, add the pasta and a teaspoon of salt, then stir. Boil for at least 15 minutes or until al dente. Set aside and let cool. Time to cut, slice and prepare other ingredients. When pasta cools down, put in a large bowl and add all the ingredients, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
