@
@staryeyedmonk6 months agoPerhaps undervolting the CPU a bit and getting a better spread on the thermal paste could bring the temps down a bit. 78

@
@jordanmntungwa33116 months agoWatching this from the PC built using tutorial from this channel is satisfying. When I built my PC I had internet problems. but I had watched so many PC building videos that I was able to do it from memory. Even the power button and Front USBs. most satisfying first try of anything I've done TBH. Booted up first try no issues. I was happy that I got everything right first try but also a bit sad that I didn't have the troubleshooting experience ...2

@slimmyjimmy28486 months agothis is why you're the best pc youtuber. Ive been wanting you to make a build like this for 3 years, in a case that small. I never knew that case existed because I only thought the velkase velka 3 existed in that small of a form factor. This is what im going to spend my hard earned money on. Thanks Joey. ...18

@
@unclem46266 months agoHot cpu 91c , at only 40-50% utilization, needs optimization. I would look into better thermal past, some under volting for sure and maybe a different case. Not sure if the 520 motherboard supports under-volting, probably not. Maybe even go as low as a straight 5600 to save money and temps if undervolting is not possible. Thanks for the video, very cool. ...84

@
@FilippoCarrux6 months agoI think that with a 5700x you will have the same or maybe better performance because the x3d is an hotter CPU and it needs more cooling capacity. So you are running it at 50% of its potential. Also if you have 10mm I would have considered to use a 25mm fan for the cooler instead of the stock 15mm one. In this case undervoling and a fan could make a huge difference. Another option was to go with am5, with a 7600, that is so much cooler than the x3d and you will also have gained ddr5 at 6000mhz that for FPS gaming is a really nice addiction. Nice build 😊 ...17

@edwardwilliams38156 months agosome undervolting/fan-curve adjustment, think that would help your thermal issue, cause 91C is a thermal issue, i'd worry about burning out that proc sooner than later, but i get you wanted to benchmark it out the box possibly...gg nice vid :) ...3
