Please subscribe❤️ Pecan Pie Muffins 1 stick of unsalted butter 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 1/2 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup chopped pecans Mix ingredients. Pour into lines muffin cups. Bake 350 for 25 minutes Recipe makes 6 large muffins. I double recipe to get a dozen. Serve hot with real butter. Great with coffee.
