Ok, here we go :-) I recorded a short, pretty spontaneous video (for the beginning of our Autodidacts' Academy – an online course to learn how to learn languages). I tried to introduce myself a bit and say a few meaningful sentences. As you see, it took me quite a few "ehms" and "errrs" but I'm still quite happy I can communicate SOMETHING :-) I know of a few mistakes in the video but that's ok, I'll be happier if my next video has fewer of them :) You can see my way of thinking in the video – I always try to express ideas in the simplest way possible, looking for words which I already know. If the idea I'm trying to express is too complex, I go for a simpler way (e.g. "I am happy that I will speak Swahili" instead of I'm looking forward to when I speak Swahili well".)
