Pomfret Fish Fry

4 Medium sized Pomfrets
Homemade masala or chilli powder-4 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Rice flour-2 tsp
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
water as required

The Marination:
- In a plate/bowl, add homemade masala powder or red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, lemon juice, salt to taste and water as required. Mix it well. Add curry leaves and mix well.
- Clean the pomfret fish and make slits on the fish so that the masala seeps into the fish.
- Apply the marinade masala properly on the fish covering the whole fish and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil
- Place the marinated fish in the hot oil and add curry leaves on the fish.
- Cook the fish for 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
- Pomfret Fish Fry is ready to serve now.
Serve hot. Sprinkle some curry leaves and coriander leaves on the top
