Lamb & Butternut Squash Curry
This is one of my mums recipes (the best chef I know 😀), it’s as authentic as they come. A home-style curry that consists of delicious melt in the mouth lamb with sweet butternut squash. Serve with rice or breads and devour on any day of the week, a hearty Indian meal that will keep you coming back for more! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
500g lamb (on the bone)
1/2 tin peeled plum tomatoes (blitzed)
1/2 small sized butternut squash (cubed)
1+1/2 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
1 tsp salt
3 small onions (chopped)
1 tsp panch puran
1+1/2 tsp garam massala
3 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
600 ml boiling water
