Health Journey Update - Have I lost any weight

Well who else has fallen off the healthy lifestyle train lately ? 🖐🏻 Unfortunately I have ... I’ve let myself get off track with the excuse of “I’m busy.” I’ve gained a few pounds, am more bloated and find myself uncomfortable in outfits I used to rock effortlessly.
